Job summary

Starcom, part of Publicis Groupe, Chicago, is hiring a Digital Investment Supervisor to support day‑to‑day investment operations for Digital Media across client teams. You will learn digital systems, data needs, and how to implement process improvements, collaborating with internal and external teams to drive efficiency and outcomes.

You’ll gain exposure to Mediaocean, Prisma, DSPs, and DMPs while shaping best practices, vendor contracts, and data delivery for reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably with a concentration in marketing, advertising, communications, business, sociology, or consumer insights
• 3+ years of relevant media advertising experience
• Strong analytical and math skills; Excel heavy
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

• Implement processes to improve digital buying, client billing, and digital reconciliation
• Develop processes to ensure data integrity across the agency
• Understand systems like Mediaocean Prisma and DSPs; learn internal tools
• Serve as escalation point for operational issues
• Propose improvements and best practices with internal/external teams
• Deliver data to teams for reporting needs
• Ensure digital contracts and IO notes with vendors
• Mentor Associates and Sr. Associates; collaborate with cross-functional teams
