Job summary

The Auto Club is seeking an Internet Insurance Service Specialist to provide insurance service and clerical support to the Auto Club's Web Insurance Agents and Members. You will assist members with questions, payments, counseling, and changes to existing Property & Casualty policies.

The role emphasizes helping others in a best-in-class service culture and offers comprehensive training and opportunities for career development within AAA.

Qualifications

1-3 years of customer service or sales experience.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in a sales environment preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining superior customer relationships.
Well organized, self-motivated, desire to succeed, team oriented, adaptable and detail oriented.
Ability to qualify and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses.
