Job summary

Emerson Measurement Solutions (MSS) is seeking a driven Sales/BD professional to grow revenue via structured inside-sales and project pursuit execution. You will engage customers, teams, and stakeholders to convert early-stage opportunities into awarded business.

The role emphasizes high-volume phone and digital engagement, with collaboration across cross-functional teams and a disciplined pursuit process to manage funnel health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, business, or related field.
• Experience in industrial or capital project sales environments.
• Strong pipeline management and disciplined opportunity progression.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of project opportunities from early-stage development through close using the MSS Project Pursuit Process.
• Rapidly assess, prioritize, and advance inbound project leads from market intelligence and research teams.
• Maintain disciplined funnel management with progression across all stages of the pursuit process.
• Create and manage the next required pursuit events including discovery calls and stakeholder mapping.
• Drive opportunity velocity and align strategies across FEED, EPC, and execution phases.
