The Digital Innovation & Transformation Manager will support the digital transformation office at NYPA. This is a critical hands-on role responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve employee performance, enhance our operations, products/services, and customer experience in various parts of the organization using appropriate digital solutions. The role requires a proactive professional with a solid understanding of digital technologies and a knack for problem-solving. The Digital Innovation & Transformation Manager will work closely with various teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of digital initiatives. The New York Power Authority is committed to providing fair, competitive, and market-informed compensation. The estimated salary range for this position is: $154,000.00 - $212,300.00. The salary offered will be determined based on the successful candidates' relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
