Global Business Ser. 4u is seeking a Digital Business Program Manager to lead medium-to-large cross-functional technology programs enabling business transformation.

You will collaborate with business and technology leaders to develop outcomes-based roadmaps and manage delivery. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of program management experience, PMP preferred, with AI/Agentic AI expertise and strong communication for stakeholder engagement.

• Lead planning and execution of testing sessions and ensure milestones.
• Measure performance and manage changes in scope, schedule and costs.
• Create, manage and communicate clear plans and updates to stakeholders.
