Job summary

DuPont's Digital Innovation team seeks a Lead Digital Specialist who will turn ambitious priorities into a tracked, owned set of work across AI, analytics, and automation initiatives. You’ll own the operating rhythm, surface signals for leaders, and prevent slips by early risk identification and clear recommendations.

You’ll build the playbook as you go, drive adoption of Jira across programs, and shape communications, training, and change management to ensure trustworthy, effective delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years in technical project management, program management, business operations, or a closely related role.
• 3+ years supporting digital, AI, automation, analytics, or enterprise technology initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience deploying or administering a work management platform such as Jira, including driving adoption across teams.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a complex, global enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Keep strategic initiatives moving across AI, analytics, automation, and digital enablement.
• Own the operating rhythm: planning cycles, governance forums, leadership reviews, and follow-through.
• Surface signals for leaders, map dependencies, and escalate risks with recommendations.
• Lead adoption: communications, training, and change management.
• Define Jira project/workflow design, configure boards, backlogs, and reporting; drive team onboarding and data quality.
