Job summary

Barge Design Solutions, Inc. is seeking a hard-working college student for a 2027 summer internship in Nashville, TN.

The role offers hands-on experience in engineering and architecture, with mentors guiding you through emerging technologies, digital solutions, and prototyping. You will work full-time (40 hours/week) and collaborate with both technical and business teams on projects spanning automation, workflows, and innovation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited university.
• Major: Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Interest in emerging technology, innovation, automation, and digital transformation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Exploring emerging technologies and their potential applications within an engineering and architecture organization
• Supporting the research, development, and testing of innovative digital solutions
