Job summary

Barge Design Solutions, Inc. is seeking a motivated college student for a paid summer internship in Nashville, TN. You will gain hands-on experience by supporting data collection, dashboards, and BI reporting while learning from mentors.

This full-time, in-person internship runs Summer 2027, requires pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a 3.0+ GPA, and offers exposure to analytics across business functions and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university.
• Major in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Current GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, and technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• You must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Supporting data collection, preparation, validation, and analysis across business functions.
• Assisting with the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Working with business intelligence and data visualization tools to identify trends and communicate insights.
• Supporting the development of data-driven solutions that improve business processes and decision-making.
• Collaborating with team members to understand business needs and translate them into reporting and analytical solutions.
• Assisting with data documentation, quality review, and process improvement initiatives.
• Supporting Digital team projects and completing project deliverables.
• Collaborating with team members on new ideas and innovations.
