Job summary

EY-Parthenon in Boston seeks a Senior Associate/Consultant for Strategy and Execution in Digital Infrastructure within the Private Equity Practice. You will identify strategic issues, design analyses, and manage case teams to deliver actionable insights for clients.

Ideal candidates have a strong analytical background, experience in strategy consulting or related fields, and comfort working across sectors with opportunity to travel. Collaboration with AI-enabled tools is encouraged.

Qualifications

Outstanding academic performance with a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with ~18 months of related work experience.
Experience in strategy consulting, private equity, investment banking, market research, or quantitative research.
Interest in telecommunications or digital infrastructure (data centers, wireless, broadband, satellites).
Ability to assess industry, products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities.
Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Identify and analyze client’s most strategic issues as Senior Associate/Consultant.
Develop work plans, design analyses, synthesize conclusions, and manage junior team members.
Work across Digital Infrastructure and broader Private Equity Practice within EY-Parthenon.
Support growth strategies, due diligence, market assessments, and cost reduction initiatives.
