Job summary

EY-Parthenon, part of EY, seeks Senior Associate/Consultant in Digital Infrastructure to advise on strategy, transactions, and private equity engagements. You will analyze clients’ strategic issues, design analyses, and lead case teams across sectors, with opportunities to mentor others and expand capabilities.

The role emphasizes growth, due diligence, market assessment, and cross-practice collaboration within a dynamic private equity environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of related work experience; or graduate degree with ~18 months experience.
• Experience in strategy consulting, private equity, investment banking, market research, or quantitative research.
• Interest in telecommunications or digital infrastructure (data centers, wireless, broadband, satellite).
• Ability to assess industry, products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities.
• Proficient in English in a professional environment.
• Strong organization and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
• Residence in or commutable distance to the office; willingness to travel.
• MBA or graduate degree with at least 18 months of related work experience.
• Strong understanding of digital infrastructure business models and ecosystem.
• Excellent problem solving, project management, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze the client’s most strategic issues as a Senior Associate or Consultant.
• Develop work plans, design analyses, synthesize conclusions and manage other case team members.
• Work on growth strategies, due diligence on acquisitions, assess targets, understand markets, turn around underperforming institutions, reduce costs, and implement change.
• Work across sectors and practices within the Private Equity Practice Group.
