Job summary

EY-Parthenon in Boston seeks a Senior Associate/Consultant for Strategy and Execution in Digital Infrastructure. You will identify strategic issues, develop work plans, conduct analyses and manage case teams across client engagements.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in strategy consulting or related fields, with MBA preferred, and strong English communication. Willingness to travel and long hours is expected. This role offers exposure to AI tools and a broad private equity practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or graduate degree with related work experience.
• Experience in strategy consulting, private equity, investment banking, market research, or quantitative research.
• Interest in digital infrastructure and data centers, telecom or related industries.
• Ability to assess industry, products, markets, competitors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze the client’s most strategic issues and develop work plans.
• Design and conduct analyses, synthesize conclusions and manage junior team members.
• Work across sectors within EY-Parthenon’s Private Equity Practice Group.
