Job summary

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is seeking an Investor Relations professional to support communications with investors, earnings materials, and materials for capital raises. This role is based in San Francisco and requires presence in the office 4 days per week.

You will monitor market trends, prepare briefing documents, and track investor interactions while partnering with senior leaders in a fast-paced AI-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in business, finance, communications, operations, executive support, investor relations, or analytical environments.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder requests.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to gather, organize, and synthesize information.
• Understand core financial concepts and can read, summarize, and evaluate financial statements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Enjoy conducting research, preparing presentations, and creating materials for executive audiences.
• Comfortable working with senior leaders and maintaining professionalism with external stakeholders.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and other productivity tools.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments and take on analytical and operational responsibilities.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about investor relations and capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain investor materials used in conversations and capital raises, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Provide research, analytical, and administrative support for quarterly earnings materials, including decks and Q&A materials.
• Assist in collecting and reviewing information for earnings releases and investor communications.
• Monitor industry trends and summarize insights for IR leadership.
• Prepare briefing materials and recurring reports on investor activity and IR metrics.
• Track investor interactions and help ensure timely execution of investor requests.
