Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of experience with direct exposure to digital infrastructure.
• Strong M&A modelling and transaction experience.
• Experience in data centers, fiber, towers, wireless, or satellite.
• Backgrounds in diversified industrials, power and utilities, or mining and metals welcome.
• From financial sponsors, ECM, DCM, or leveraged finance backgrounds is not a fit.
• Boutique experience from digital infrastructure or founder/owner-focused middle market is valued.
• Generalist boutique experience alone not a strong fit.
• Candidates should currently be employed.
• Extended tenure at Senior Analyst level without progression is not a positive signal.

Responsibilities

• Building and owning complex financial models, three statement, operating, and transaction models, with full command of underlying drivers and assumptions.
• Leading M&A processes from origination through close, working directly with senior bankers and clients.
• Supporting capital markets execution alongside M&A, active across ECM and DCM, not M&A only.
• Mentoring junior team members as part of a small, tight-knit coverage team.
