Qualifications

• Investment banking/M&A experience, data center or telecom exposure.
• Strong financial modeling, accounting and valuation skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial and valuation models.
• Analyze data center and telecom drivers and forecast/valuations.
• Prepare client presentations and marketing materials.
• Support M&A, financing and advisory execution.
• Research markets to support origination and client discussions.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of analyses.
• Coordinate with transaction teams and respond to feedback.
