You will work on sophisticated M&A and strategic advisory transactions across a fast-evolving sector and interact directly with senior dealmakers to execute deals end-to-end.

You should have strong M&A execution experience and a background in M&A, TMT, Infrastructure or related sectors, with superior financial modeling and valuation skills.

Responsibilities
