• Organize, file, maintain and track all collateral documentation.
• Review system collateral records for accuracy and completion.
• Process lien recordings and releases in a timely manner.
• Safekeep original loan and collateral documents.
• Handle letters of guarantee and insurance documents.
• Communicate with customers and staff by phone, mail, and email.
