Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Design Engineer to own physical implementation and top-level integration of large digital designs in NAND products.

You will drive floorplanning, place-and-route, timing closure, and collaborate with global design and verification teams to deliver high-quality memory solutions. The role requires 5+ years in digital physical design, strong PrimeTime and Cadence Innovus experience, and a Bachelor’s in EE/CE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of digital physical design with end-to-end tapeout experience.
• Strong static timing analysis and debugging skills.
• Fluent with PrimeTime for timing, OCV/AOCV/POCV analysis.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits.
• Lead layout process including floorplanning, placement, and routing.
• Perform top-level integration, timing closure, DRC/LVS, and ECOs.
