Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Staff Digital Physical Implementation and Integration Engineer to own the physical implementation of large digital designs in NAND products.

You will drive from planning through assembly, partnering with global teams to ensure timing, routing and manufacturability targets are met. Responsibilities include floorplanning, placement, routing, STA, DRC/LVS, and ECO management, with scripting automation in Tcl/Python.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital physical design with at least one full tapeout owned end-to-end.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong static timing analysis and debugging skills; proficient with PrimeTime across MMMC/OCV/AOCV/POCV.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits.
• Lead layout: floorplanning, placement, and routing; manage top-level integration.
• Perform verification with modeling and simulation using industry-standard tools.
• Coordinate with cross-group teams to ensure manufacturability and roadmaps.
