You will lead floorplanning, placement, routing, timing closure, and ECO management, collaborating with global design teams. The role requires extensive experience with digital physical design, Synthesis, and top-level integration tools (Innovus/ICC2), and strong TCL/Python scripting skills to automate

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital physical design with full-tapeout ownership.
• B.S. in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong static timing analysis and debugging with PrimeTime.
• Experience with Innovus or ICC2 for top-level planning and routing.
• Synthesis proficiency with Design Compiler or Genus; Tcl/Python scripting.

Responsibilities

• Lead top-level integration for large digital designs in NAND products.
• Own floorplanning, placement, routing, and timing closure; manage ECOs.
• Perform hierarchical design planning and block integration across teams.
• Automate flows with Tcl, Python, and SKILL; contribute to CAD tooling.
