Job summary

Mattamy Homes seeks an Area Sales Manager for the Boynton Beach, FL region to lead the division’s sales strategy and execution. You will coach sales counselors, drive CRM engagement, and ensure that a best-in-class presentation across communities is maintained.

You will recruit, hire, and recognize top performers while guiding the team to meet budgets. The role requires 5+ years in new home sales, 2+ years of management, and an active real estate license where applicable; evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required or preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years new home sales experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years management experience with focus on sales coaching and training preferred.
• Active state Real Estate License Required (if applicable in FL).

Responsibilities

• Develops sales strategy for the division and manages execution to achieve budgets.
• Ensures team understands job expectations and goals.
• Holds the sales team accountable for meeting division sales goals."
• Owns the CRM process and ensures engagement to meet metrics.
• Coaches sales counselors through instruction, role plays, and feedback.
