Qualifications

• Strong facilitation, communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience translating user, business, and technical needs into team-level backlog items and user stories.
• Experience with healthcare, regulated software, or medical devices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Backlog ownership and value delivery to maximize outcomes.
• Refine and prioritize the team backlog aligned to product strategy.
• Translate goals and constraints into well-defined backlog items and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure backlog items are understood, sliced, and ready for delivery; collaborate with the team.
• Make timely priority and scope decisions within product direction.
• Balance new capabilities with defects, debt, security, and compliance needs.
• Accept or reject work against acceptance criteria and measure delivered value.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, testing, and quality partners to reduce risk.
