Job summary
Inspire Medical Systems is hiring a Digital Delivery Manager in Minneapolis to lead the Product Delivery organization across our Digital portfolio. You will mentor Product Owners and Scrum Masters, set delivery standards, and remove barriers to enable strategic commitments.
This role partners with Product Management, Engineering, Regulatory, and operations to translate priorities into executable plans. The ideal candidate has 6+ years leading software delivery, 1+ year of people leadership, and
Qualifications
- 6+ years leading software and digital delivery teams.
- 1+ year of people leadership, including coaching and performance management.
- Experience with medical device software and Agile/Scrum.
- Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and dependencies.
- Excellent facilitation and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Product Owners and Scrum Masters.
- Establish standards for Product Ownership and Agile delivery.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and career development.
- Foster a high-performing delivery organization focused on value.
- Coordinate backlog planning, prioritization, and delivery across teams.
- Partner with leadership to align delivery with business objectives.
