Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems is seeking a Digital Product Owner to maximize value from agile teams. You will translate priorities into a clear backlog, ensure items are understood, and collaborate with design, engineering, and regulatory partners to deliver usable, secure digital capabilities.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in product ownership or related digital roles, with experience in Azure DevOps or Jira.

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, CS, healthcare administration, or related discipline.
5+ years in product ownership, software delivery, or related digital product roles.
Experience prioritizing backlog and writing user stories with acceptance criteria.
Embedded partner to cross-functional agile software teams.
Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira for delivery data.

Responsibilities

Backlog ownership and value delivery.
Own, order, and refine the team backlog to maximize value and align with outcomes.
Translate goals, user needs, business rules, regulatory needs into backlog items and acceptance criteria.
Ensure backlog items are understood, sliced, and ready for delivery with team collaboration.
Make timely decisions on priority, scope, and clarification within product direction.
Balance new capabilities, defects, tech debt, cybersecurity, and maintenance with transparent priorities.
Accept or reject work against acceptance criteria and confirm delivered value.
