The role partners with Sales, Product Management, Marketing Communications, Medical Affairs, and more. Travel up to ~30% may be required; onsite 3 days weekly supported by Baxter's flexible policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, Communications required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in downstream, commercial, product, or integrated marketing.
• Developed sales enablement, campaigns, messaging, customer-facing content, product launches.

Responsibilities

• Develop downstream marketing plans, product launches, and campaigns to drive adoption and growth.
• Create sales enablement tools, messaging guides, and customer collateral.
• Partner with Sales to address adoption barriers and field needs.
• Lead campaign ideation, audience definition, and channel strategies.
• Translate complex healthcare concepts for clinical, operational, financial, and IT audiences.
• Capture VOC through customer interviews, site visits, and industry events.
• Turn feedback into actionable recommendations for messaging and programs.
