  • Partnering with Sales to identify field needs, support customer engagements, address adoption barriers, and improve commercial effectiveness.
  • Leading campaign ideation and development, including audience definition, messaging, value propositions, content requirements, channel strategies, and activation plans.
  • Developing clear, compelling content that communicates the clinical, operational, financial, and IT value of digital health solutions.
  • Conducting downstream Voice of Customer activities through customer interviews, site visits, advisory activities, industry events, and collaboration with customer‑facing teams.
  • Translating customer feedback into actionable recommendations for commercialization, messaging, adoption programs, and future product strategies.
  • Monitoring competitors, market dynamics, customer needs, healthcare technology developments, and industry trends; convert insights into field guidance and marketing recommendations.
  • Ensuring marketing materials are accurate, consistent, appropriately reviewed, and aligned with product positioning and business priorities.
What you’ll bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, Communications, or a related field required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in digital health, healthcare IT, software, connected medical devices, SaaS, medical technology, or complex B2B technology strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in downstream, commercial, product, or integrated marketing.
  • Experience developing sales enablement, campaigns, messaging, customer‑facing content, product launches, or related commercial programs.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, targeting, positioning, value proposition development, customer insights, competitive intelligence, and campaign measurement.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical and healthcare concepts for clinical, operational, financial, and IT audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across a complex, cross‑functional organization.
  • Experience in digital health, healthcare IT, software, connected medical devices, SaaS, medical technology, or complex B2B technology strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to ~30% of the time.
