Cyera is seeking a Senior Manager of Digital Growth (CRO & SEO) to own how we attract, engage, and convert high-intent buyers. You will drive organic growth, expand AI/LLM visibility, and optimize the buyer journey across channels.

You will lead a data-driven CRO program, align with Product Marketing, Content, and RevOps, and translate performance into pipeline impact. A remote, international role with strong compensation and benefits awaits.

You will define and execute the strategy to:### Increase qualified organic traffic### Expand AI/LLM visibility (AEO/GEO)### Improve demo conversion rates### Strengthen pipeline contribution from CRO and digitalThis role blends technical SEO expertise, structured experimentation (CRO), and strategic growth thinking. You will partner closely with Product Marketing, Campaigns, Content, Design, Engineering, and RevOps to ensure our digital ecosystem operates as a unified growth engine.### RESPONSIBILITIES:### Digital Growth Strategy (SEO + CRO)Define and execute Cyera’s organic growth roadmap across traditional and AI-based search.Drive non-brand keyword growth aligned to AI Security and DSPM priorities.Lead Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) initiatives to strengthen LLM visibility.Expand AI Security Share of Voice across search and AI discovery platforms.Monitor algorithm and AI search shifts, adapting strategy proactively.### Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)Lead structured experimentation across key web flows (demo, contact, gated content).Identify friction across high-intent journeys using behavioral analytics.Increase conversion velocity from discovery engagement demo pipeline.Develop and maintain a formal CRO testing roadmap with measurable lift.Optimize high-intent landing experiences aligned to ICP segments.### Buyer & Customer Journey OptimizationMap and optimize the full digital buyer journey from awareness through consideration and conversion.Ensure messaging, site architecture, and content flows align to buyer intent at each stage.Collaborate with PMM to refine value articulation across web touchpoints.Partner with Campaigns to ensure seamless handoff between paid, organic, and owned experiences.Improve demo-to-qualified conversion by tightening journey alignment.### Technical SEO & Website StrategyIdentify and prioritize technical SEO opportunities based on business impact.Improve site crawlability, structured data, page speed, and mobile performance.Guide CMS improvements, page consolidations, redirects, and international SEO needs.Ensure site architecture reinforces discoverability and user experience.### Reporting & Performance AccountabilityMonitor, analyze, and report on SEO, AEO, and CRO performance.Translate digital performance into pipeline impact narratives for leadership.Provide clear data storytelling connecting traffic growth to business outcomes.Recommend course corrections based on performance signals.### Requirements:### REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:8+ years driving digital growth through organic and conversion channels.5+ years scaling SEO into a meaningful revenue contributor.Deep experience in technical SEO and on-page optimization.Proven experience leading CRO programs with measurable conversion lift.Strong understanding of modern AI-driven search (AEO/GEO).Experience optimizing buyer journeys in enterprise SaaS environments.### Proficiency with:### Webflow (or similar CMS)### SEMrush### Google Analytics (GA4)### Google Search Console### Heatmapping / CRO tools### Additional digital marketing analytics platformsStrong analytical mindset and data storytelling capability.Experience in cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or AI security preferred.### What Success Looks Like (12–18 Months)### Measurable increase in:### Organic demo conversion rate### AI/LLM visibility### Top 3 AI Security keyword rankings### Organic-influenced pipeline### Engagement metrics (CTR, session depth, time on site)Structured CRO experimentation engine producing repeatable lift.Stronger alignment between digital acquisition and pipeline generation.Improved technical performance across desktop and mobile.### Why This Role MattersThis is not a traditional SEO position. It is a digital growth leadership role responsible for shaping how Cyera:### Wins discovery in AI search### Converts high-intent traffic into pipeline### Optimizes the digital buyer journey### Scales authority in the AI Security categoryThe opportunity is to build a modern, AI-first digital growth engine that compounds across search, web, and conversion.### COMPENSATION INFORMATION:Compensation Range: $160,000-$180,000.The range represents total compensation, and may include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.This compensation range represents Cyera’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and Cyera may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
