Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager - CRO & SEO to drive organic growth for its brands, including Probonio. You will own SEO, GEO, and content strategy, work with Sales, Product, Data, and Automation, and translate data into measurable improvements.

You will communicate confidently in German (C2) and English (C1) and collaborate across teams in a fast-growing environment with flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in driving website performance via A/B testing.
• At least 5 years of organic search optimization (SEO + GEO).
• Data-driven content strategy development from audience analysis to topic prioritization.
• Excellent German (C2) and English (C1) communication.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop key website pages and improve them based on performance signals.
• Design and run A/B tests to improve site performance and conversion.
• Build topic and intent clusters for SEO and GEO and optimise on-page foundation.
• Develop and manage an integrated content strategy with backlog and success criteria.
• Conceptualise lead assets and coordinate production for reuse in website modules and sales enablement.
