Qualifications

• 12+ years of integrated marketing programs across the full funnel.
• 3-5+ years leading teams, including developing managers.
• 6+ years in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated environments.
• Experience crafting paid digital media strategies at global scale.
• Fluency with LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and others; budget management.
• Experience with enterprise data automation and analytics tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid media strategists and align channels to business goals.
• Provide strategic channel consulting to senior stakeholders.
• Drive end-to-end campaign strategy across Paid Social, Search, Display, and Programmatic.
• Own budgets, forecasts, work plans, and performance targets.
• Activate sponsorships and partnerships through integrated paid/digital strategies.
• Scale high-impact external ecosystems to extend reach and credibility.
• Drive optimization and testing frameworks across creative, targeting and bidding.
• Develop team capabilities and foster a culture of innovation at scale.
• Shape enterprise-wide paid media strategy and align cross-functional teams.
