Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an senior digital marketing leader to drive integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels. You will translate brand goals into full-funnel briefs, audience strategies, and activation plans while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will own channel strategies across META, Google, programmatic, influencers, and CTV, ensuring data-driven optimization, high KPIs, and timely performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in digital marketing/paid media/brand activation/omnichannel.
• Proven integrated paid media leadership across META, Google, programmatic, influencers, CTV.
• Strong KPIs, analytics, dashboards, and testing frameworks.
• Experience managing creative production and PRC/med-legal review with cross-functional approvals.
• Experience managing direct reports/agencies and complex timelines; excellent PM and stakeholder leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual/quarterly integrated digital campaign planning across paid/owned/earned channels.
• Develop channel strategies across META, Google, programmatic, influencers, CTV, and retargeting.
• Drive digital activation for product launches and in-market initiatives.
• Partner with Brand/PR/Comms for influencer and KOL integrations and co-branded moments.
• Manage media agencies; oversee media plans/forecasting/pacing and KPI alignment.
