Intuitive Surgical, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Corporate Development Director for the Digital Product unit.

The role drives external growth opportunities, overseeing the transaction lifecycle from sourcing to integration planning across equity investments, partnerships, and licensing. Collaboration with Digital, Strategy, Finance, and Legal is essential to advance platforms and long-term strategic positions.

Qualifications

Ten (10+) years of professional experience, seven (7)+ years in medical device, life sciences, or tech.
Experience developing or selling healthcare data analytics products is a plus.
Finance/investing background with corporate development focus.
Proven track record in corporate growth, with strong deal execution.
Strong negotiation, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Lead external technology opportunities for Intuitive's Digital business.
Own end-to-end transactions from sourcing to closing and integration planning.
Partner with product and technology teams to align roadmaps with external needs.
Shape and execute M&A strategy for Digital technologies.
Communicate deal status, risks, and decisions to senior leadership and the Board.
Manage post-transaction partner relationships and integration plans.
Keep stakeholders informed of status, risks, and required actions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
