Job summary

Avocados From Mexico seeks an Associate Director of Digital Marketing to define and drive AFM's growth across consumer engagement, content, technology, and innovation. You will lead a high-performing team, pilot new capabilities, and translate insights into scalable programs.

You will partner with Brand, Shopper Marketing, Media, and PR to align initiatives, optimize investments, and deliver measurable business impact across multiple digital channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 10+ years of marketing experience, incl 8+ years in digital/integrated marketing or related disciplines.
• Experience developing and leading integrated digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Experience managing agency ecosystems, technology partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• CPG/food & beverage/produce/retail consumer focus preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute AFM's digital marketing strategy aligned with objectives.
• Lead digital campaigns across owned, earned, paid, and retail channels.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen consumer engagement and conversion.
• Partner with Brand, Shopper Marketing, Media, and PR teams to align initiatives.
• Champion innovation and pilot new capabilities and partnerships.
• Lead test-and-learn initiatives translating opportunities into scalable programs.
• Lead development of consumer-focused campaigns and digital experiences.
• Ensure content aligns with brand positioning and channel best practices.
