Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications required or equivalent.
• MBA preferred for leadership track.
• 10+ years marketing experience, incl. digital marketing and consumer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead AFM’s digital marketing strategy across consumer engagement, content, technology, and innovation.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Brand, Shopper Marketing, Media, and PR teams.
• Establish KPIs, measurement frameworks, and reporting for digital marketing initiatives.
• Build and develop a high-performing digital marketing team.
• Manage agency ecosystems, technology partners, and budgets.
