Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day execution of digital fundraising campaigns.
• Develop and deploy digital solicitations, cultivation, stewardship, and engagement communications.
• Manage email fundraising programs, including copywriting, design assets, landing pages, and campaign reporting.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase donor acquisition, list growth, engagement, and retention.
• Create, configure, and deploy email newsletters, automated journeys, donation forms, and digital fundraising campaigns.
• Develop website content and digital assets that support fundraising and donor engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance, KPIs, email-file health, and digital fundraising results.
• Use CRM, eCRM, Google Analytics, and related digital tools to analyze campaign performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, membership, media, and fundraising teams on integrated campaigns.
• Test and implement new digital fundraising tactics and engagement strategies.
• Manage relationships with internal and external technology and strategy partners.
• Support digital marketing and promotional strategies for streaming and membership benefits.
• Organize and manage digital content and fundraising assets.
• Participate in strategic planning and cross-functional initiatives.
