As a Digital Functional Expert Operations and Manufacturing at Envalior, you will design innovative information solutions to maximize business value by leveraging both existing and emerging technologies in the Operations and Manufacturing field. In this role, you will support various business lines, functional departments, and service units across Envalior. You bring deep expertise in manufacturing-related business processes, a strong understanding of current solutions, and solid knowledge of relevant technologies, processes, and interfaces within the domain.

You will make key contributions to Envalior:

• Propose innovative information solutions to business problems by utilizing emerging digital technologies in combination with existing ERP solutions (SAP).
• Leverage best practice processes and technologies by convincing and explaining to senior stakeholders and their users the added value.
• Stimulate the use of existing information solutions and drive usage to achieve the projected business benefits.
• De-complexify existing solutions by simplifying, automating, and eliminating waste, leading operational efficiency and continuous improvement efforts proactively.
• Drive external orientation by capturing latest developments in a domain and assess feasibility for application in Envalior.
• Execute and analyze business (process) performance improvement scans across units or for a function and identify potential improvements, embracing internal and external best practices effectively to drive operational excellence
• Orchestrate and build a cross-channel customer lifecycle to create individualized and personalized experiences for our target audiences.
• Facilitate design workshops to define the functional solution, as well as scope the detailed functional requirements and estimated budget in close collaboration with the business product or project owner.
• Ensure the design of IT solutions complies with internal requirements and adheres to the security and architecture requirements of IT, while also validating the build of solutions against those same principles.
• Engage with other Chapter Leads, Global Process Owners, and Business Process Owners on how the use of Digital Marketing Solutions could be further improved, leveraged, and/or replaced.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Applied Computer Sciences.
• Understands information architecture (data, manufacturing process and IT) and industry best practices.
• Brings solid experience with SAP modules such as MM, QM, PP, and WHM.
• Knows the business processes to a high level of detail that run in the applicable functional domain.
• General knowledge on the peripheral functional/technology domains.
• Gather knowledge on the Envalior IT policies, baselines, strategies and standards.
• Collaboration skills to orchestrate activities with diverse stakeholders with adequate sense of urgency and to share insights with colleagues.
• A drive and curiosity for new technologies and innovations in the fast moving supply market with constant changes and new technologies (AI, Analytics, Cloud computing etc.).
• Proficient in spoken & written English.
