Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking a Digital Fulfillment Specialist to lead the growth and flawless execution of our digital fulfillment programs across curbside, Instacart, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and EZ Cater. You will ensure speed to pick, order accuracy, and presentation while partnering with store leadership and departments to maintain product availability.

You will drive operational consistency across platforms, manage substitutions, and monitor performance metrics to enable a frictionless guest

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail, eCommerce, fulfillment, or guest service.
• Excellent communication skills for guest and team interactions.
• Ability to prioritize workload while meeting tight deadlines.
• Basic technology proficiency including mobile devices and scanners.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution of all digital fulfillment orders, ensuring speed, accuracy, and brand standards.
• Maintain consistency across digital platforms, coordinating with internal teams and partners.
• Ensure on-time completion and communicate substitutions or changes.
• Coordinate with store departments to ensure in-stock positions and proper merchandising.
• Stage, package, and verify orders for accuracy and presentation.
• Track order metrics and guest feedback to drive improvements.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach at the front-end and store.
• Direct cashier flow to keep checkout frictionless.
