Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking a Digital Fulfillment Specialist to lead the day‑to‑day execution of digital orders across curbside, Instacart, Uber Eats, and more. You’ll partner with store leadership to ensure product availability, quality, and presentation while upholding fast, friendly guest service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail, eCommerce, fulfillment, or guest service.
• Excellent communication skills for guest and team interactions.
• Ability to prioritize workload while meeting tight deadlines.
• Basic technology proficiency including mobile devices and scanners.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution of all digital fulfillment orders with speed and accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third‑party partners for platform consistency.
• Ensure on‑time order completion and proactive substitutions/changes communication.
• Maintain stock and presentation quality for digital fulfillment across platforms.
• Stage and verify orders for accuracy and presentation before pickup/delivery.
• Monitor metrics and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement.
