Job summary

United Airlines is seeking an Analyst for Digital Fleet Management Products to own in-house predictive maintenance and engineering support applications built on Palantir Foundry. You will oversee planning, development, and maintenance across 15-20 partner locations, ensuring safe, reliable operations.

The role requires strong Agile practices, product roadmapping, and collaboration with Tech Ops and analytics teams. Hybrid work at CSC-Willis Tower in Chicago, IL is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in a business, technology, engineering, or data-driven role.
• Exposure to Agile software development concepts (Scrum, Kanban).
• Ability to define project scope with stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with internal and external partners.
• Willingness to travel 5–15% domestically.
• Must be willing and able to work at the CSC-Willis Tower in Chicago, IL; hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Serve as product owner for United’s in-house digital fleet management platforms and roadmaps.
• Learn and apply Agile project management disciplines and manage timelines using JIRA.
• Support Process Standardization and Change Management with training and user documentation inputs.
• Develop and maintain Palantir Foundry-based workshops, ontology objects, data-driven workflows, and UI components.
