Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years' auto dealership sales experience preferred.
• Fleet sales experience a plus.
• Internet sales experience a plus.
• Ability to meet quotas with limited supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Bilingual a plus.

Aufgaben

• Demonstrates vehicles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking test drives; comparing models; explaining warranties and services.
• Helps customer with vehicle selection and promotes options and financing options.
• Conducts vehicle test drives and ensures road rules are followed.
• Continuously learns about product updates, features, accessories, and inventory.
• Facilitates delivery by explaining vehicle operation, warranty, and servicing requirements.
• Develops relationships with customers and follows up to encourage repeat business.
