Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to engage customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels, delivering the best possible financial counsel with a digital-first approach.

You will open new consumer and business accounts, process service requests, educate clients on deposit and loan products, and build trusted relationships through proactive outreach and personalized solutions. This role requires NMLS registration and background checks as part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 4–5 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• NMLS registration required under SAFE Act and Reg Z.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide counsel.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
