Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Relationship Banker to build trusted relationships with customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels. You will assess banking needs, educate clients on deposit and loan products, and guide them through digital self-service options.

You will open consumer and small business accounts, process requests, and collaborate with branch teams to deliver an excellent client experience. NMLS registration is required. This role requires working at a U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically 4–5 years retail banking experience or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with customers across multiple channels (in-person, by appointment, and virtual).
• Educates clients on deposit and loan products and services and guides digital self-service adoption.
• Opens new consumer and small business accounts and processes service requests and credit applications.
• Proactively educates clients on digital products to improve the client experience.
• Collaborates with branch team members to deliver operational excellence and accuracy.
