U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build lasting client relationships across in‑person, by appointment, and virtual channels.

The role involves assessing banking needs, processing account information, and educating clients on digital products and services to drive a digital‑first experience. You will open new consumer and business accounts, handle service requests, and support clients with deposits, loans, and tailored financial solutions while upholding compliance with NMLS

Formación

• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems.

Responsabilidades

• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Provide guidance on deposit and loan products and services.
• Educate clients on digital self‑service tools and digital product offerings.
• Build relationships with clients via in‑person, by appointment, and virtual channels.
• Ensure accuracy in data collection and adherence to NMLS/S.A.F.E. Act requirements.
