Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 4–5 years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Experience building and fostering client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients through in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels.
• Explain and educate clients on deposit and loan products and services.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Promote and demonstrate digital products and self-service technologies to clients.
