Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process basic transactions.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and digital self-service options.
• Travel to Hibbing, MN branch as needed and collaborate with branch team.
