Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Experience with customer service and banking products is a plus.
• Comfort with digital banking tools and self-service technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Demonstrate and educate clients on digital banking products and services.
• Provide a consistent optimal client experience and accurate service delivery.
• Collaborate with branch team members to serve clients effectively.
