Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; typically five+ years in retail banking or a combination of experience and training.
• Proven ability to build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Strong knowledge of retail products, policies, procedures and digital banking tools.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients via in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels to provide sound financial counsel.
• Open new consumer and business accounts; complete service requests and credit applications.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service options to meet financial needs.
