Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker at our Corvallis, OR location to engage customers via in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels, offering tailored banking solutions and guiding them through digital tools.

You will open new accounts, process transactions, and build lasting relationships focused on client needs and satisfaction. You will work with branch teammates to deliver exceptional service, conduct NMLS registration as required, and participate in ongoing training to stay

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically, has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems.

Responsibilities
