Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker at our Mount Angel location. You will build relationships with customers through in-person, by-appointment, and virtual interactions, offering guidance on deposit and loan products and digital services.

Expect proactive outreach, needs-based recommendations, and collaboration with branch teams to ensure an excellent client experience. You will process basic transactions, open new accounts, and educate clients on digital tools while adhering to policy

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically less than four years of retail banking experience or similar training.
• Bilingual English and Spanish encouraged to apply.
• Experience with digital banking products and self-service features.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster client relationships through in-person, appointment, and virtual interactions.
• Open new consumer accounts and complete service requests.
• Explain deposits and loan products and educate clients on digital services.
• Provide proactive outreach and follow-up to understand financial needs.
• Collaborate with branch team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Adhere to bank policies and compliance while processing transactions.
