Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for clients based on their needs.
• Maintains knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Proactively educates clients on digital products and self-service technologies.
