You will assess needs, promote deposit and loan products, and guide customers toward digital self-service options. Success requires retail banking experience, solid communication, and the ability to educate clients on digital tools while maintaining regulatory compliance and accurate processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically 3–4 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with banking policies and procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process basic transactions.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service tools to meet financial goals.
• Provide consistent, accurate service and collaborate with branch teams.
