The Business Development Manager leads growth for the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic corridor, identifying where Loxone should show up next and closing deals with certified partners.

This digital-first role sits in Garnet Valley, PA, with our technical team backing you. You will manage relationships, hit revenue targets, and collaborate across integrators,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven sales or business development in building automation or related fields.
• Digital-first sales approach with multi-channel outreach.
• Established relationships in Philadelphia, NY, NJ, or DC CRE/AEC communities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the corridor.
• Meet and exceed sales KPIs: revenue targets, new partners secured, expanded market presence.
• Win strategic partners, system integrators, electrical contractors, architects, and developers.
• Manage and nurture partner relationships and drive Foundation Training.
• Collaborate with technical support and Partner Coaching teams for handoffs.
• Own forecasting and reporting for your pipeline in CRM.
• Represent Loxone in strategic conversations and host visits at Garnet Valley Experience Center.
